IZAD an idea of social change. It is still embryonic because the idea sprouted on 22nd August, 2002 has just started taking shape. ‘IZAD” is derived from the Urdu word IZAD means ‘Invention’. It is not merely a word; it is a dream to put forth continuous efforts to lessen human pain and suffering and to foster development of weaker sections of the society namely Muslims, dalits children estranged women on sustained manner with sustainable and continuous. The founder of the organization has dedicated his/her golden 21 years in practicing and translating the theories into action.
The Organization firmly believes that the essence of development is contained in the fact it is about human and the quality of their lives. It further feels that the issues of inequity can be corrected by addressing problems in the existing institution, making and maintaining relationship with the affected in one side and stake holders & all other concerned agencies in other side as well.

Our goal is to empower women through capacity building training, bring them forward in education, and make them self-reliant so that they claim their rights as decision-makers, advocates, and leaders, in all spheres of life.
To monitor dalit and minority women’s atrocity cases, provide them free legal aid and take the voice of women from district level to state level and empower Dalit Women and Minorities women to challenge the Caste, Class, and Patriarchal Norms.
